Zip Line Njeguši

Zip Line was created as a need for residents of mountainous areas to cross rivers and gorges where it was not possible to build bridges, and in the last twenty years it has gained its sport and recreational vision. The procedure is simple, the cable is placed between two hills, and visitors can descend from one hill to the other, with an unforgettable dose of adrenaline and the opportunity to see the beauty of the canyon from a whole new angle.
The length of the cable is 420 meters and the ride lasts from 40 to 45 seconds, depending on the user’s weight.The cable was certified at 110 kN and the zip line is at 980 meters above sea level. Zip line equipment is from the world’s mostfamous manufacturers Petzl and Mammut, and the most important is that driving safety is guaranteed. This exciting ride gives you a beautiful view of the Boka bay..

• Day of the excursion: monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday, sunday.
• Departure from Tivat by appointment.
• After a short drive, you will be amazed by the old road built by Austro-Hungarian citizens in 1879 to connect Kotor and Cetinje, the old royal capital. It has 25 serpentines, standing by the way for taking pictures and enjoying the beauty of the Boka bay.
• Arrival at destination after 1 hour drive.

• Refreshments and tasting of specialties from Njeguši are planned in the small mountain village Njeguši, that is
  located at 900 meters above sea level, which also has a great historical importance as it represents the birthplace of the ruler of the dynasty Petrović – Petar II Petrović Njegoš. Visit Njegoš’s house, which was turned into a national museum in 1973. We stay there for 30 minutes.
