Tivat Airport (IATA: TIV, ICAO: LYTV) is located in the southwest of Montenegro, in the Bay of Kotor, 3 kilometers south of Tivat, 8 km south of Kotor and 20 km north of Budva. The airport is the second hub of the national airline “Air Montenegro”. Tivat Airport is one of two public airports in Montenegro, the other being Podgorica Airport. The airport has had a significant increase in passengers in recent years, and in 2018 over 1.2 million passengers, so it is the first airport in Montenegro in terms of the number of passengers.
